OVER VIEW "PALIN'S GOING ROUGE"

Palin’s Book: The Overview In “Going Rogue: An American Life,” Sarah Palin has written six chapters that detail her life’s experiences, from her earliest days in Alaska to last year’s GOP presidential campaign to her eventual decision to resign as the state’s governor. Palin dedicates the 413-page memoir, which The Wall Street Journal purchased from a bookstore on Friday, to “all Patriots who share my love of the United States of America. And particularly to our women and men in uniform, past and present–God bless the fight for freedom.” In the book, Palin expresses pride and joy in the state of Alaska, as well her love of her family. She writes that she had always enjoyed a positive relationship with Alaska’s media. “Many reporters had my personal cell phone number, and I had theirs,” she said.

Sarah Palin's book has been highly anticipated for months. It is so anticipated that Oprah has an interview scheduled, and it will air tomorrow. Clips of the interview have already leaked. The clipped that leaked was when Oprah asked if the father of her grandchild would be coming to Thanksgiving. Palin laughed.

Along with big-name media appearances, Sarah Palin's three-week book signing bus tour starts on Wednesday. The Guardian writes

"Although the bus tour is ostensibly to promote her book, it bears all the hallmarks of an election campaign, decked out with her image and visiting not the big cities normally associated with literary tours, but the smaller towns of the Republican heartland and the swing states."Book Review: “The Persecution of Sarah Palin” by Matthew Continetti

From the beginning, the Weekly Standard has been on Sarah Palin’s side. As the magazine’s associate editor Matthew Continetti reminds us throughout the course of his new book, The Persecution of Sarah Palin, it was Fred Barnes who first brought the Alaska governor to the attention of grassroots conservatives. And so it’s fitting that his colleague would be the one to pen such a tome, released just days before the governor herself drops Going Rogue. Persecution is lite-fare as much as it is red-meat, and should be taken with a barrel of salt.

Palin's interview with Oprah Winfrey airs Monday, November 16. (Scroll down for a preview).
Sarah Palin will be Oprah WInfrey's guest on November 16, to help launch her book Going Rogue: An American Life.

On Tuesday, Palin talks to Barbara Walters on Good Morning, America, with other portions of the interview airing later on 20/20. Watch a 30-second preview here.
Also on Tuesday, Sarah Palin talks to Rush Limbaugh live, who has already praised Going Rogue as a "substantive policy book."
Knowing how many fans she has among conservative talk radio listeners, Palin will be on the Dennis Miller show on Friday November 20, and other shows to be announced.

I would like to propose a toast:

Here's to Sarah Palin; may she never - EVER - go away.

I am going to go out on a limb here: No woman since Eleanor Roosevelt has done more to further the cause of progressive politics in the United States of America than our Sarah.

Don'cha just love her? I sure do!
